Physical Products

Unopened and unused physical tools and products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and unopened
• Be in its original packaging
• Be in resalable condition

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Ebooks
• STL files
• Digital downloads
• Printable files
• Guides
• Templates

Once a digital product has been delivered or downloaded, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect physical item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can work toward a resolution.
